Jakarta is a crowded city with a lot of transportation mode. There is no regulation about how to have car or motorcycle. Everybody have a right to buy it. So Jakarta streets have many cars and motorcycles. Public Transportation facilitated by government and private sector. Trains managed by government. Inter city buses, most of them owned by private.
