SEAMOLEC in collaboratioon with 23 colleges of education from same universities initiate a program to upgrade primary school teacher's qualification from diploma to bachelor degree since 2006. This is a new way to break the status quo system as before it, Indonesia just trusted Indonesia Open University as the only one university delivered by Distance and Open Learning.

Many innovation in Indonesian Education System done spreadly by individuals and organizations around Indonesia. Moodle developer recorded hundreds of e-learning sites administered by teachers, lecturers, corporates, and schools in Indonesia.

CD ROM, VCD, DVD, television, radio, tape recorder, MP3 Player, IPod, texts, sites, blogs, wiki, social networking sites, faximile, phones, video conferences, satellites, e-book, smart phones, android platform etcetra. For instances, students at university level used internet resources for their daily tasks. It reduced their capability to read text books

It will be funded by Education Department of USA with coordination with Foreign Ministry of USA. Learning Evaluation and Assesment

Learning assesment and evaluation are useful for teaching and learning process. Good teaching required a good assesment to evaluate the input, process, and output of learning. While we do teaching, we must prepared well with evaluation system that will be done. There are two kind of assesment used; test and non test. Test divided into three section: oral test, paper and pencil test, and performance test. Non test assesment done by questionere, attitude scale, check list, case study, and portfolio.

Written test consists of essay and objective test. Essay test have two kinds open ended and structured test as well. At the other side, objective tests varied from multiple choices, True-Fals, Fill in the blank, and seek for a partner.

We always face written test during our schooling since primary school period. Honestly we found not so good written test before. We always find test cognitively. We found our teachers or lecturers made poor tests. We tried hard to memorize learning materials day by day during exam time. Who have a good memorization skill they will pass the exam and who have poor memorization skill will be fail. Problem solving model of test must be conducted from early classes to develop student's competencies. New Zealand Education System known as the best education in the world because they emphasised to problem solving skill to their students since basic education school.

I feel so hard to arrange a good proposal, as i can concern for that matter only in my office. I think critical reading and writing for postgraduate written by mike wallace and alison wray is a good book that will help me. I read that book at Massey University Library at Palmerston North. speak in hurry

speak in hurry like someone will catch you.... no! may be because your habit to speak fastly. In my opinion, speak speed depend on some condition. Firstly, may be you feel nervous with new class do you faced. secondly, you have a big and many idea in your mind. You want it to be transferred quickly to your listeners immediately. So, you speak fast. It is different between speak with colleagues and with foreigners. My coordinator of my shortcourse, Phil Cullen always speak slowly when he speak to us Indonesian. While he speak to his mates, he speak fast with unclear language. What is that? may be because every language have a different sound and vocal articulation. When I speak Sundanese, i speed up my voice because i comfortable with it and my listener understand what i spoke

What ought to be done is, to make an early wake up for my days. using nights not just for sleep, but also for tahajjud... praying done to get close with The Creator. I feel many thing can be done when i lessen sleep time. anyway theories told me that there is a certain amount of sleeping time will make a fresher day for people. A friend from "indonesia ergonomic gym" inform us about how to be healthier with a little time for sleeping. its okay to do it, make it as habit for every day life. If you pray every day perfectly at five times for compulsory praying, you will be fine, you will be healthier than others. Our praying must be good, like our prophet Muhammad shalla llahu alayhi wasallam done! Do it with "tuma'ninah". Do it with your heart!. Do not show your force just for your own need. You must remember that all of your life is connected with people around you. Day and night with two children without a nanny, make me strong. I wake up every one aor two hours to take care my children. I have a certain shift of night work shared with my children.
English is very important for me these days, as i want to apply a scholarship abroad. Study abroad will give me an adventure about other form of life. they speak loudly

when i taught about curriculum of social sciences education in my class, i told them some thing with a little bit of a mistake. one and two students speak loudly to correct my explanation. i appreciated their shout, while the others just murmured with unclear voices. it is common in your class to have students with no concentration about the class. they were under pressure to follow the lecture. may be they had a bad feeling at that day or did'nt really understand the topics as a whole. At the other side, bright students enjoyed the class just with listening. they did what they want to do but they keep the ear listening the lecturer voices.

they spoke loudly to show their existence in the class.
